Terms of Service — U ai

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

By using U ai services or completing payment, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

  • Custom platform configured for home service contractors
  • Lead capture, reputation management, and SEO workflows
  • Job pipelines, claim tracking, and job coordination automations
  • Review automation, crew updates, and client success support
  • Client dashboard access via your U ai account portal

Billing

  • Fees, plan selection (full platform or CRM only), trial length, and billing terms are disclosed on your demo and confirmed in your signed service agreement. CRM only includes pipelines, contacts, and job tracking — no automations and no messaging.
  • Client authorizes recurring charges as specified in the signed agreement until cancelled.
  • Any different service investment or billing terms will be defined in your signed service agreement with U ai.

Custom Agreements

  • U ai may enter into custom agreements that change scope, term length, cancellation notice, or other contract terms.
  • Any negotiated change is valid only when both Client and U ai agree in writing (including email or signed order form).
  • If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that Client.

Term & Cancellation

  • Initial commitment: 30 days
  • After 30 days, Client may cancel with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds on any partial month

SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to U ai SMS programs, you agree to receive text messages as described on our SMS Opt-In page. Additional terms:

  • Messages may be sent from U ai business phone numbers, including (316) 558-6979.
  • Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and account activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for customer care.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing U ai services.

Lead Generation Practices

  • U ai does not buy or sell leads, operate an affiliate lead marketplace, or sell customer contact lists.
  • Our platform helps Clients capture and manage their own inbound inquiries.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information for setup and configuration
  • Review and respond to qualified leads routed through the platform
  • Handle all job fulfillment and in-person services
  • Obtain proper consent before messaging your own customers through U ai SMS tools

Limitations & Disclaimer

  • U ai provides business software on a best-effort basis and is not liable for individual call outcomes, missed appointments, or business results
  • Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of 100% accuracy
  • U ai is not responsible for issues caused by client’s phone provider or calendar settings

General

  • These terms constitute the full agreement between Client and U ai
  • U ai reserves the right to update these terms with notice
